What is Xellux Chatbot?
Xellux Chatbot is the AI chatbot of Xellux for your website and your shop. It answers from what you have confirmed in Xellux: your identity, your pages, prices and routines. Every answer names its source. A sentence with a number that stands in no source does not go out.
It acts where you allow it: booking meetings from your calendar, filing tickets and leads, showing signed-in customers their invoices, meetings and tickets. Anything that would be a commitment, a discount, a quote, a refund, comes to you as a proposal. The chatbot is part of every Xellux subscription, Start included. AI answers run on your own Anthropic key.

Features and units are not the same: vendors count conversations, chats, messages and credits differently.

What Xellux Chatbot is not.
- No phone and no voice: the first version writes only.
- No Instagram and no Facebook Messenger. WhatsApp, Telegram and email as channels are coming.
- Not all-knowing: what you have not confirmed it does not answer; it collects the question for you.

You: What counts as a conversation?
Xellux: A conversation counts once, when it starts, with at most 30 answers. How long it runs and how it ends changes nothing.
You: Can the chatbot give discounts?
Xellux: No. Discounts, quotes and refunds are commitments, and only you make them. The bot tells the visitor honestly that it cannot promise anything and hands you the request as a proposal.
You: Does it work with Shopware and Shopify?
Xellux: Yes, with one line of code, just as in WordPress, Webflow, Wix or through Google Tag Manager. Plugins of its own for Shopware and Shopify are coming, as are the channels WhatsApp, Telegram and email.
