Pick a time
The meeting is set.
The invitation is on its way, with the link to the video room.
What is Xellux Meet?
Xellux Meet is the video room of Xellux, together with the booking page from the Xellux calendar. Your customers pick a free time on your page, get an invitation and join in the browser at the time, without an account and without installing anything.
The booking page is part of the calendar and already included in the free Start plan. Video rooms are part of Meet and come with Solo, together with CRM and Finance. So the path from the first meeting to the quote runs in one system.
Your booking page knows your hours.
Length, notice, window
You set how long a meeting is, how much notice you need and how many days ahead people may book.
Four places
Xellux Meet, Google Meet, phone or on site with an address. Link or number come with the invitation.
Your questions
Name and email are required, plus your own questions, so you know what it is about before the call starts.
A page about you
Photo, role, a short text about you and blocks with text, image, video or audio. Preview for desktop and phone.
Confirmation
After booking, your guest adds the meeting to Google, Outlook or Apple Calendar in one click, or downloads an ICS file.
Link on, link off
You switch the link off or roll a new one; the old one stops answering right away.
One calendar for everything with a date.
The Xellux calendar reads six sources: all calendars of your Google accounts, subscribed ICS calendars, due tasks from the CRM, dates from Finance such as renewals and due invoices, scheduled runs from Flow and meetings from Studio. You see them as month, week, day, agenda or year.
You move meetings by dragging, and every change can be undone. On request the AI writes you a briefing for the day or prepares a meeting, with your own key. Free times for the booking page are computed without AI, in your time zone.
A video room in the browser.
Guests without login
You create a room and share the guest link. Your customer opens it in the browser and is in, without an account.
Waiting room
Guests knock, you let them in. Nobody lands in a running call uninvited.
Video, audio, screen
Camera, microphone and screen sharing, with stage backgrounds for your video.
Calls turn into tasks.
Meet does not record and does not transcribe by itself. That is on purpose: no transcription service in the EU is connected. You bring the transcript from the tool you already use, as text or as a file (.vtt, .srt, .txt).
From it, the AI writes a summary, the decisions and tasks as proposals. It is only saved with the box ticked that everyone consented, with time and wording. Every note expires after 90 days unless you set otherwise.
You accept tasks, take them into the CRM as a task or discard them. Every handover stays on the proposal with its target and time.
Where your meetings and calls run.
- Servers in Germany
- Calendar, booking page, rooms and notes run at Hetzner in Germany; Cloudflare sits in front as a proxy.
- Video and audio direct
- Video and audio travel via WebRTC directly between participants, encrypted as WebRTC requires.
- Consent first
- Xellux only stores notes with the box ticked that everyone consented.
- DPA on request
- You get the agreement under Art. 28 GDPR by email to [email protected].

Features are not identical: Fireflies records meetings itself, Xellux Meet does not. Trademarks belong to their owners.
What Xellux Meet is not.
- No recording and no built-in transcription; you bring the transcript.
- No webinar tool: video and audio run directly between participants, which suits calls in a small group.
- Booked meetings land in a Google calendar; the booking page cannot target other calendars yet.
The booking page costs nothing.
Calendar and booking page are part of the free Start plan. Video rooms and notes come with Solo for €49 a month net, together with CRM and Finance.
Questions about Meet and booking.
Xellux
You: Do my guests need an account?
Xellux: No. The booking page and the video room work without a login. Your guest enters name and email when booking and later joins through the link in the browser.
You: Is Xellux a Calendly alternative?
Xellux: For a booking page with length, notice, your own questions and confirmation, yes, and it is already in the free Start plan. Booked meetings land in your Google calendar; other target calendars are not supported yet.
You: Where do the video calls run?
Xellux: Rooms, booking page and notes run on servers at Hetzner in Germany. Video and audio travel encrypted via WebRTC directly between participants.
You: Does Meet record calls?
Xellux: No. Meet does not record or transcribe. You can paste a transcript from your own tool; the AI turns it into summary, decisions and tasks, saved only with everyone's consent.
You: What does Meet cost?
Xellux: Calendar and booking page are free in the Start plan. Video rooms and notes are part of Solo for €49 a month net, with CRM and Finance.
You: Which calendars can I connect?
Xellux: All calendars of your Google accounts and any ICS subscription. The calendar also shows tasks from the CRM, dates from Finance and scheduled runs from Flow.
