What is Xellux for freelancers?

For freelancers, Xellux is one subscription for the whole job chain: the inquiry lands in the CRM, the customer books a meeting on your booking page, you talk in the video room, they sign your quote online, and you send the invoice as an e-invoice. If the payment does not come, dunning has the reminder ready.

Instead of nine separate subscriptions with nine logins, you have one account and one customer file where everything comes together. The AI knows your history with each customer and writes drafts in your tone, but sends nothing without your okay.

One job from inquiry to payment.

Six stations, one system, no retyping between two programs.
  1. 1. Inquiry

The email lands in the inbox, contact and company become a file in the CRM. You bring in existing customers by CSV import.

  2. 2. Meeting

Your customer picks a free time on your booking page, without an account. The meeting lands in your Google calendar.

  3. 3. Call

You meet in the video room in the browser, the guest needs no login. From the transcript, Xellux proposes tasks.

  4. 4. Quote

You write the quote in Finance and send a link. Your customer signs in the browser, on a phone too.

  5. 5. Invoice

Acceptance creates the first invoice. As XRechnung or ZUGFeRD PDF under EN 16931, with a payment link.

  6. 6. Payment

If the money does not come, the draft for the payment reminder is ready. You read it and send it.

Nine subscriptions or one.

What is in Solo.

Every app for one person, plus everything Start already has.
  • CRM

Contacts, companies, pipeline, one inbox for Gmail, LinkedIn and Instagram and a list for the day.

  • Meet

Video rooms in the browser, guests without login, waiting room and notes from your transcript.

  • Finance

Quotes with online signature, invoices as e-invoices, dunning and a view of the next 13 weeks.

  • Projects and files

Projects, tasks and files for your jobs in one place.

  • Calendar and inbox

Already in the free Start plan, with a booking page and all your Google calendars.

  • AI with your own key

Claude, GPT, Gemini and other providers, at list price directly with the provider, 0% markup.

Your AI, your key, 0% markup.

Xellux sells no AI credits. You add your own key from a provider such as Anthropic, OpenAI or Google and pay exactly the list price there. Before each run you see roughly what it costs.

The AI reads what it needs on its own: the history with a customer, the open quote, your calendar. Anything that writes or sends, it puts in front of you as a proposal. With every approval your Core learns your tone, your prices and how you work.

Small business rule and e-invoicing.

Many freelancers in Germany use the small business rule under § 19 UStG. In Xellux you switch it on from a given date. Invoices before keep their tax, invoices after carry the right note, and Xellux shows your turnover against the limit.

Small businesses do not have to issue e-invoices, but since 1 January 2025 they must be able to receive them. You upload incoming XRechnung files and ZUGFeRD PDFs in Finance and see the check.

As of October 2026. This is an overview, not tax advice.

What Xellux does not do for you.

  • No bookkeeping: Xellux writes and tracks invoices, it does not book them or file tax returns.
  • No DATEV export for your tax advisor yet; planned, not built.
  • Finance needs your own Stripe account for invoices and payments.
  • Meet does not record or transcribe calls by itself.
